Framework theories activity definitely had the ACET standards dealing with content knowledge and research assessing/evaluating what I have discovered.

Nearpod is ISTE all the way. This allows me as an educate to create in various ways to enhance the learning of the students. It could also be ACET because of content Pedagogy.

My unintended consequences of technology podcast equips me to do more than an essay to show my knowledge of the topic that I researched. This is more of an ISTE standard for educators. This increases my digital citizenship and design ability.

Webinar reactions are always going to be towards reflection on the content that is discussed or read. This would apply to ISTE because you are being an analyst and a learner to increase the impact of your discussion.

ISTE teaching standards set high expectations for technology educators. These standards equip educators to introduce cutting-edge ideas and technology into the classroom. Additionally, it encourages teachers to share ideas for engaging their students with one another. This is why I believe that ISTE is the better group of standards for me professionally. I am an ESL teacher at a design technology magnet school. In order for me to grow professionally, especially technology wise. I would have to acquire the proper skills that ISTE’s expectations provide. In my opinion ACET is similar but not as detailed as ISTE. AECT is focused more on using technology for learning and instructional materials. Technology is seen as an additional tool that could be used. I can use both of the standards because I am an educator and look for professional development in technology use, but I believe that I would grow more professionally using the standards from ISTE.
